We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, images, and pricing at any time without prior notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

• 18% GST is applicable on all orders and will be added at checkout
• Prices for international orders may vary due to currency conversion and applicable taxes
• We make every effort to display product colours accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and others)
• Net banking
• EMI options (subject to bank eligibility)

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation:

• Email us at suruchibhownani@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order
• Use the subject line: "Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]"

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy for exchange options after delivery.
