1. Our Return Philosophy
At Suruchi Bhownani, every piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love what you wear. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help within the terms of our return policy.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Exchange request raised within 3 days of delivery date
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and labels are intact and attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided
3. No Returns โ Store Credit Only
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method. In eligible cases, we issue store credit in the form of a gift voucher that can be used on any future purchase from our store.
- Store credit vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
- Vouchers can be used in a single transaction or split across multiple orders
- If the exchange item is of lesser value, the balance will be issued as store credit
4. How to Raise an Exchange Request
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at suruchibhownani@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery
- Use the subject line: "Exchange Request โ Order #[Your Order Number]"
- Include clear photographs of the item received, showing any defect or the reason for exchange
- Mention the item you would like to exchange for (size, colour, or style)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days
5. Return Shipping
For approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- Please use a trackable shipping service โ we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange within 3โ5 business days
- Outbound shipping for the exchanged item is complimentary for domestic orders
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
- You will receive either a replacement (subject to availability) or full store credit
- Please share photographs of the defect / incorrect item to help us resolve the issue quickly
7. International Orders
We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing an international order, or contact us for personalised sizing assistance before purchase.
