Shipping Policy

1. Overview

At Suruchi Bhownani, we take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you safely and on time. All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our studio in Kolkata, India.

Free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹7,499. Orders below ₹7,499 attract a standard shipping charge, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 15–21 business days (minimum 3 weeks) of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons (festive periods, sale events, or new launches), processing times may extend further. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.

3. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across all states and union territories in India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart.

  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Express delivery: 2–3 business days (available at additional charge for select pin codes)
  • Remote or difficult-to-access areas may take an additional 2–3 days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order directly on the courier's website.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines for international orders are as follows:

  • South Asia (Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh): 7–10 business days
  • Southeast Asia, Middle East: 10–14 business days
  • USA, UK, Europe, Australia: 10–14 business days

International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions, and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by their country. Suruchi Bhownani is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your AWB (tracking) number
  • A link to track your shipment in real time
  • WhatsApp / SMS notification (if your mobile number is provided)

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at suruchibhownani@gmail.com.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be held at the local facility for 5–7 days before being returned to us.

In the event of a returned shipment due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product
  • Your contact details

We will investigate with the courier partner and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
